I grew up in a catering business and started helping out by filling water pitchers on tables by the time I was twelve. Good food has always been a part of my life, and Your Table Gourmet was started in 2009 to help bring that passion to others.

I believe that food is about nourishing both body and soul. Regional ingredients, strong flavors, and comfort food deserve just as much of a place on the table as interesting new combinations and grab-and-go meals that fit the reality of busy lifestyles.

Environmental Responsibility
Your Table Gourmet works with local stores, local suppliers, and local farms to get fresh, close-to-the-source ingredients whenever possible. Menus and specials change with the seasons. When organic ingredients are available, they are our first choice.

All the food waste from Your Table Gourmet preparing your meals (such as onion skins, vegetable peels, even cardboard from boxes) is recycled with composting rather than added to the trash. Anything not compostable is reused or recycled if at all possible.

Take-out contributes non-recyclable, non-biodegradable containers to the waste stream and picking it up often means extra driving. Your Table Gourmet uses re-usable containers (and you get a discount for keeping them around to be used again). When we go shopping once for several families, it reduces the impact of multiple trips to the store by multiple families.

With current Washington State Food Handler’s permits, and clear instructions on reheating and serving your meals, know that Your Table Gourmet values your family’s health and safety first.
